Not OUTSIDE OF THE BOX, but rather a look into my INSIDE of the box, a return to the essence of design. What is a design really about? Rethinking my conventional way of thinking, not to dismantle it, but to reshape it from within.

The installation is supported by three chairs and conceived as a box that opens outward. This creates a hidden zone at the back, where the FLOAT fixture hangs above 20 MOCK-CUPS coffee cups, while an opening at the front accentuates the rhythm of the COUP DE FOUDRE wall lighting.

The box being supported by three HAND-BENT CHAIRS demonstrates their strength and establishes a plane of calm. A fourth chair stands freely, ‘in dialogue’ with the armed sample, illuminated by a POSE lamp for Ligne Roset, and engaging with the present context as well.

The blue sphere functions on multiple levels: as a chair cap, a blue apple in the MOON bowl, a rotating element for the MARIONETTE pendant atop the box, and a central suspension point for the BUTTE mirror.

After this fair, the concept will continue to be used to represent the label in retail, showcasing the products.
